It includes guidelines for the assessment of potential aircraft noise exposure at a given site, which are based on the Australian Noise Exposure Forecast (ANEF) system which replaces the NEF system used in the previous edition of this Standard. It also incorporates expanded aircraft noise tables and various associated amendments to the text.
